Testing IP TestGeni
TestGeni, an intelligent automation tool developed by Caliber Interconnects for ATE testing. The tool automates test development and generates a ready-to-load test flow from primary setup files, reducing over 60% of manual effort involved in test preparation. It auto-validates input parameters, generates pin configuration files, and loadable files of levels and time for DuT from the setup primary. The tool also supports cross-portability between production testing, characterization testing, and debug test flow, and generates test coverage reports. TestGeni uses data analytics, data visualization techniques, and fault detecting algorithms for automation, making it efficient in reducing manual effort in testing memory ICs.
