Our Process
At Caliber Interconnect, our Electronics Manufacturing Services follow a comprehensive end-to-end process that ensures product integrity, compliance and customer satisfaction. It begins with customer need identification, where requirements are gathered and documented. This is followed by concept evaluation and feasibility analysis, incorporating DFM/DFA reviews and risk assessments. Our design and engineering teams develop electrical, mechanical and firmware solutions, supported by rapid prototyping for validation and early feedback. Once designs are finalized, procurement and supply chain management ensure reliable sourcing and traceability of components. Manufacturing progresses through PCB assembly using SMT and through-hole technologies, supported by stringent testing and quality assurance protocols including ICT, FCT and reliability testing. Completed boards move into final assembly and packaging, after which products are prepared for logistics and delivery with global traceability. Beyond shipment, our after-sales support covers lifecycle management, RMA handling and field engineering updates. Throughout every stage, we maintain traceability, document control and compliance integration aligned with AS9100D, ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.

A streamlined, traceable process ensuring efficiency, reliability and compliance at every step.
How We Work
- Requirements gathering: technical, functional, and commercial needs
- Initial discussions and submission of RFQ (Request for Quotation)
- Non-disclosure agreement (NDA) execution and scope clarity
